About Me

Amy Grisham is a seasoned Information Security and Global Compliance leader with over two decades of experience in technology, information security, IT governance, and regulatory compliance. As a former Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Data Protection Officer at Everise, Inc., she spearheaded cybersecurity programs, implemented global IT governance frameworks, and ensured compliance with critical standards such as PCI DSS, HITRUST, and NIST CSF.

With a background in cybersecurity risk management, vendor selection, and incident response, Amy has played a pivotal role in enhancing security postures for multinational organizations. Her expertise spans HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST CSF, GDPR, CCPA, and other frameworks, ensuring businesses adhere to evolving data protection laws.

Before her tenure at Everise, she contributed to technology integration projects at a major US financial institution and held leadership roles at US Airways, optimizing call center operations and managing large-scale IT initiatives.

Amy holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from High Point University and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She is also a Certified HIPAA Officer and vCISO.  Beyond her corporate achievements, Amy has been actively involved in volunteer leadership, including serving on the Arcadia Swim Club Board, as Treasurer for Old Richmond EMC, and as a member of Everise Cares Foundation Review Committee and Global Women’s Network.
